COMPOSITION with Singing Bowls

Longplayer is a thousand year long cyclical composition for singing bowls which has been playing since 31-12-1999. The work, conceived and composed by Jem Finer can be heard worldwide via a live-stream. 

COMPOSITION WITH Singing Bowls. .

A 20 minutes fragment of the composition 'Longplayer' plus 21 bells from my programmed meditation-app on my iphone. Every one minute the meditation-app rang one time the Basu bell, at the end of the meditation the Basu bell sounds three times. Live recorded together with the composition 'Longplayer' in the tower of the Lloyd Hotel Amsterdam.

At the end of the 20 minutes fragment the 'Longplayer' has been playing for 20 years, 169 days, 23 hours and 10 minutes.
